Debilyn Molineaux

Debilyn Molineaux is a coalition-builder, and catalyst for a more just, thriving future. For over 20 years, she’s led and co-founded cross-partisan, pro-democracy organizations—Bridge Alliance, Living Room Conversations, and National Week of Conversation among them.

Today, she serves as Lead Catalyst for JEDIFutures.org, a global visioning project helping everyday people imagine better lives—and a better country—as a way to outgrow the fear and division fed by conflict profiteers. She also hosts the Terrified Nation podcast. Her daily work with the Grand Bargain Project aims to unite Americans around practical reforms on six big issues. Her work portfolio is rooted in the belief that imagination is a powerful force for justice—and that by centering Justice, Equity, Dignity, and Inclusion, we can build a future worth living for and include everyone.
